    Equipped with a linear gantry, a customisable number of stacking cells and high-quality cladding in Makrolon or sheet metal, the PortaCell combines maximum functionality with an attractive design. It is not only ideal for loading and unloading cleaning systems, but can also be used independently in machining centres and other industrial processes.

    Verfahrenablauf

    Loading the PortaCell:The worker feeds the loaded floor roller into the stacking cell of the PortaCell. An automatic signal exchange informs the linear gantry that the load carriers are ready for separation.
    Transport of the treated baskets:The treated baskets are transported precisely to the removal box by the linear gantry. This step ensures an efficient and smooth material flow.
    Completion of the stacking process:As soon as a complete stack of baskets has been processed, a signal light indicates to the worker that the floor roller can be removed. This ensures a seamless process chain and minimises waiting times.
    Safety in the stacking cell:The stacking cells are equipped with safety doors that allow safe access by employees. This ensures the highest safety standards during operation.
    Avoiding recontamination: To prevent recontamination, the stacking boxes with washed components are always covered with a lid. This ensures the integrity of the treated parts and keeps them free from contamination.
