The development of an industrial washing machine that cleans components reliably and efficiently and makes their surfaces resistant or provides optimum protection against chemical attack through appropriate treatments.
MTM offers the ideal solution for this:
The RoWaCell robot cleaning and passivation system, which combines the processes for achieving the best cleaning results and optimum surface protection through appropriate treatments with the flexibility of a 6-axis robot in a single unit.
Process sequence:
• The loading and unloading station, which is positioned in one place, has two separate "dirty" and "clean" storage areas that can be loaded manually or automatically. One of the two storage locations is loaded with a dirty workpiece and the other is unloaded with a clean part.
• The robot is signalled to start when it is loaded.
• The parts to be cleaned are then transported by the robot from one treatment station to the next.
• The components undergo the following treatment steps: pre-cleaning, cleaning (degreasing, flood cleaning, spray cleaning, ...), passivation (immersion processes), spray rinsing with demineralised water and drying with hot air or vacuum.
• After passing through all the treatment stations, the robot swivels to the unloading position and sets down theCleaning goods.
