Efficient and flexible solution for industrial component cleaning

Die Robot deburring machine and cleaning system Finisher combines the advantages of MTM-Flex-Cell-series with the precision of a machining center. Tools for brush deburring, high-pressure cleaning, high-pressure deburring and steam cleaning are optimally positioned in the treatment chamber. The integrated 6-axis robot acts as an interface between the loading and unloading station and the treatment area, ensuring flexible, fast and efficient component cleaning.

Process sequence:


After loading the system and starting the process, the workpieces automatically pass through the following steps:

Pre-cleaning:

Removal of coarse contamination/soiling.

Deburring:

Precise High pressure deburring or brush deburring using a 6-axis robot for optimum access.

Cleaning:

Deep cleaning by high-pressure cleaning, immersion cleaning, flood cleaning or flood injection washing. This also includes cleaning after thermal deburring to efficiently remove residues.

Drying:

Final drying, which runs parallel to the robot times.
