Aufgabenstellung:
The realization of process-safe cleaning and drying of various component variants from a production island in a decentralized and independent cleaning system. This is achieved without retooling and without the need to change the structure of the production islands, as an integrated cleaning system.

Our solution:
By adding a swivel arm to the proven concept of the rotary indexing systems, MTM realizes the process-reliable cleaning of various components in different variants without the need for retooling in one system. It is the ideal cleaning machine for stand-alone solutions. It fits perfectly into the process sequence directly after or within the machining cycles of components. Furthermore, it is very suitable for loading via robots and can be easily attached to any robot cell. Good manual operation is also guaranteed

Process sequence:
The basic version of the system is designed with a wet program and the blowing off of components with compressed air or compressed air. A rinsing process can be implemented as an extension. The process times as well as the loading and unloading times run in parallel, meaning that almost the entire cycle time is available for loading and unloading. As a result, the robot is hardly restricted in its process sequence by this system.
